Alyssa Kozowski, N.D.

Dr. Alyssa A. Kozowski began her naturopathic journey when a naturopath was recommended to her for the first time in her mid 20’s, after many years of searching for answers with her own health. She’s wanted to be a doctor since she was a young child, and feels like she’s found her purpose and calling vocationally.

She believes each person has an innate healing power, a compass that leads them in the direction they need to go. A doctor’s role is to utilize their knowledge and resources to support an individual on their journey. Alyssa does this by supporting the body on every level, including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Many of her recommendations are grounded in living a healthy lifestyle, and she specializes in stress related conditions.

She practices primary care medicine, with special training in biofeedback, craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation, and puts a large emphasis on mental health.

She graduated from Bastyr University with a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and is  licensed in the state of Washington as a primary care physician.

In her free time, she loves to cook, lift weights, make beaded jewelry and play with her dog.
