Dr. Molly Niedermeyer (Linton) graduated in 1984 from John Bastyr College of Naturopathic Medicine, now Bastyr University, in Seattle, Washington. She completed a Family Practice Midwifery residency at John Bastyr College clinic and became a Licensed Naturopathic Physician in 1984 and a Licensed Midwife in 1985. She practiced for three years on Capitol Hill in Seattle. In 1987, she established Emerald City Naturopathic Clinic in the Queen Anne neighborhood in Seattle, WA.

In the fall of 1994, Dr. Niedermeyer purchased a clinic in Ballard / Crown Hill in order to accommodate the growth of the practice and to expand treatment options. Dr. Niedermeyer’s commitment to education and to strengthen the naturopathic profession inspired her to offer a Naturopathic Midwifery residency out of her clinic at the onset in 1987 and added naturopathic primary care residency to a newly-graduated naturopathic physician a first year residency in 1993. A second year resident was added in 2000.

In 2004, Dr. Niedermeyer incorporated her practice as Emerald City Naturopathic Clinic. It has had various iterations of doctors and staff but remains a clinic that is people-oriented, health promoting and deeply centered in concern for community and humanity.
